Dallas Smith and Randy Gray invented Super Saddles to overcome the difficulties they were having in getting the highest quality slabs. As a flatwork finisher since he was 18 years old, Dallas had struggled with this. While he was placing a slab for Randy, they jointly came up with the idea for the Super Saddles and tested it on several jobs before perfecting the sizing. Dallas continues to work as a flatwork contractor, coming up with more new ideas to make the work easier and the slab quality better.
